The olive tree, characterized by Homer as sacred, has been used since antiquity for everyday use items. Elytis describes the eternal relationship of the Greeks with the olive tree by saying “If you disintegrate Greece, in the end, you will see an olive tree, a vineyard, and a ship, and you will rebuild it with the same materials.” The high density of olive wood makes it compact and hard with long life and durability for everyday use. It is a natural and healthy choice, it does not scratch and does not absorb smells or substances. The olive trees we use, come from areas of Crete, Peloponnese, and Evia. They are processed in our workshop in Paros by us for you with care and patience.
